SANDE SANA FOR INFO,

:D:D
Simu ya hii nugu iko na moshi walai.

Nilipata hapo around 9.45am. It was a DSTV van, hit by a truck who brakes had failed. Hit the engine section…
Along the mbypass, a small truck carrying drums full of palm oil had overturned near the roundabout spilling the contents on the road. Those caught unawares were unable to brake hence the many accidents.
It had been cleared by 10.30 am.

So what happens in such a case…who pays the other for the damage…

I thought that was very irresponsible of those guys, passed by hapo at around 2AM and they were trying to clean up the oil at the round about - no warning at all, but at least I thought by the time traffic started building up they would block that part and ask cops to redirect traffic.
