most bodaboda believe they have right of way everywhere

Pedestrian paths
Zebra crossing etc

something need to be done to train them on road safety.

Polisi kazi ni kuokota bribes. Ama tuwape watu wa boda boda sponsorship ya NASA ama endorsement ya Joho tuone hata GSU wakiwashughulikia.

Inferiority complex. On a light note, ukiwa kwa gari wanakuangalia za ‘kwani unadhani siwezi buy gari one day’.
I respect them though, huokolea wakati mwingine.

Dealing with boda boda is one step pf installing sanity in oir urban settings. Let’s allocate them designated routes, huko kwa estates. I really don’t understand this B.S. 15 years ago, we were trying to clear matatus from the CBD, today the problem has compounded.

Enyewe, hawa kina @introvert husumbua sana

You are quietly walking on a flyover when the darn thing comes roaring through hooting like crazy sending pedestrians scampering left and right.
And somehow the dude riding it feels nothing.
Like it’s the best thing he has ever done in his entire life.

Kuna siku moja nilikuwa matanga…one of them had passed on, so his nduthi friends were present to give him a good send off. Hapo ndipo nilijua tuna shida kubwa sana…their numbers in this sleepy village were staggering. As far as the eye could see it was a sea of nduthis…When they roared their machines in unison it was like a bomb going off literally…Alafu the way they commandeered the entire road coming from church to the burial site. The politicians are making the issue worse because their solution to youth unemployment is issuing more nduthis…It’s a big mistake, they have become too many and operate like gang members…

Cosmas kuja ubebwe na midget Nduber.
Reduced rates, full Nairobi experience.

Guess who zero rated taxes on motor cycles when he was finance minister?
Accepting these boda as means of transport was the worst mistake ever, as convenient as they may he.
They make the place congested and disorderly . Anyways now that we accepted them , we should find ways to tame them, barriers can be placed on pedestrian walking areas and so on…

They are gang members…unabebwa usiku alafu anakusindikiza hadi kwa nyumba na kubeba vitu

Hii bike ni size ya @Jirani kabsaaaa

Bro yangu alibiwa simu the worst way. He was being dropped off at dusk hapo mbele ya gate, after ameshuka nduthi, the guy says imekataa kuwaka kama bro anaweza mulikia yeye kidogo he tries start it. This was a ploy. Guy snatched phone and rode into the sunset with a new phone.

paka hiyo gate yako rangi

Hehehe.
Noted.

every night i dream of doing a night of terror kind of massacre on these nduthi guys who think squeezing themselves between oncoming vehicles is a cool stunt…plus wale hukataa kumove out of the road when you’re way past 140km/h and there’s a car on the opposite side of the road, making you slam on the brakes instantly that may even lead to loss of control

You’re a nut case of you want a biker legitimately on his lane to leave the road so you can pass. Doesn’t matter if you’re doing 140.
Not all ride because we have to so be prepared to share the road.
No difference between you and the truck and bus drivers who run others off the road.

hahaha boss clearly you haven’t tasted the upumbavu of bodaboda riders especially between mwea and embu, they join the highway bila notice, they nag other road users by riding slow in the middle of the lanes and ujinga yao yote they even try to overtake you on your left just to prove their manliness…so once you experience such a hair raising tale…joke’s on you

Watu wa nduthi (Na si maanishi watu wa palmela) huwa wajinga sana.

Joke’s not on me.
I have experienced classic dim-witted bodaboda types, but I made reference to your comment on wanting to be moved for when you’re approaching from the rear at 140.
A good friend of mine got rear-ended by a senji driver with similar expectations. Was found 40mts from where he got hit, half sitting. RIP James Quest.

hope haja promotiwa to glory
