Nope…i come from kakamega and we don’t live in kakamega forest. Kakamega and especially where that boy comes from is cosmopolitan area…That boy is mentally challenged. We have such people in society but instead of recognising their developmental challenges and place them in special schools we expose them to this kind of ridicule. Am sure he dropped out in class six because he was deemed ‘stupid’ yet he’s just a slow learner…
