Not to discourage you, but you decided to farm a relatively “new” produce without being certain of where you will sell? I hope that you find a market, but the next time you decide to farm produce that isn’t mainstream, be sure of market availability first.
there used to be some kabras mushrooms that my granny would buy back in the day …was dried up and real crunchy you could even eat them raw if you didn’t mind! stuff was so sweet and she would buy in terms of gorogoros … to soften them you had to wash/boil in hot water before making stew out of them …very tasty and delicious and would be served together with mrenda…dont know if it still exists not this type that is found in restaurants !
