By the way I want to tell you guys something you may not know. If that bus (or a lorry for that matter) intentionally reverses and crushes your car, unless you have the video to prove that the guy reversed into you, you are toast. The law is blind to blame on a vehicle hit at the back, irrespective of whatever. So please put a dashboard camera on your BMW and put it on record, especially when you are in a Jam situation like this one. You may not know this but you should know: Some lorry drivers intentionally reverse into Mercs, BMWs, Audis and such. Be warned.

How the other driver prove the bus was reversed? But the cameras at Sabasaba will do the bus driver in… The question is how to get that evidence…

Kile ninajua ukigusa mtu nyuma…ama yeye akuguse na nyuma yake whether intentionally or not…u are guilty of hitting him…but i once saw this law reversed juzi pale roundabout ya Dt Dobie (Lusaka/Enterprise) wakati karao wa nduthi aliingia lorry ya ASL nyuma (but hakuumia) but the bike lost the windshield…the cops at that rounda all blamed the lorry driver (ati he dint indicate that he was changing lanes, yet he was right inside the lane markings), even cops on patrol came to support that with their Kalshinkovs
