The High Court has issued a warrant of arrest for National Campaign Against Drug Abuse (Nacada) boss John Mututho and his son for refusing to pay an outstanding loan balance of Sh9.4 million they were ordered to settle in 2011.
The African Banking Corporation (ABC) has asked the High Court to jail Mr Mututho and his son Daniel Njenga for refusing to repay the loan they took through their firm, Countryside Suppliers.
