My land has been grabbed

I have been trying to get someone to buy a piece of land in Rongai. So jana, I had mteja and we went to view the land. It is a while since I have been there and so many houses have come up. When I arrived there, Lo and behold, I found my land is under construction. Someone is developing a massionate on my land. Being a Sunday, I didn’t find any fundi there but on enquiry from neighbours I managed to get the number of the constructor. He threatened me and told me that he was sold that piece by an Obure, it had to be a Kisii, (sorry @Eng’iti) and that I should keep off that area and disconnected his phone. I have a legit title deed and I am sure mine is the correct one since I bought that land from a Sacco.

I need to kill someone and fast! Nipeeni mawaidha please…

Is it the same ploti you were talking of here?

If you know and have genuine title its easy…enda fanya search kwa lands ministry then as that is taking place in the same lands office get a lawyer to place a caution on the land…because bila kuweka caution on your claim of land, Green card itatolewa, and its game over…akina @Eng’iti wakuwe wamekupiga sweep ryt there…so hurry lyk yesterday @Guru

ukishindwa i have only one thing to say to you…wewe ni meffi and keti pare…>>>https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSHaQPYfHi-Z50SoPKLr1v-Ed9EfMmeFyJYxAc3VtnPA8rQkdSYCA

Waah…pole

Izaa, land in Nairobi for me ,aii hapana

hii ni noma

Hii story is all too farmiliar, kwanza kwa saccos. Enda kwa sacco and get hardcopy proving the plot was allocated to you, then go to the police with a laywer to get an order for the construction to stop as you prepare for legal battle with the said constructer. Though itakuwaste almost a year before the outcome is placed.

Kunakuwanga na watu wako macho looking for idle land to con off people especially kwa saccos, wakiona hujajenga for many years, wana presume you are dead ama mbali. Wanaanza na something simple, a mabati shack waone kama kuna mtu atatokea, ukikosa, ole wako. The next thing ni building inamalizwa haraka. Iv seen so many cases kwanza na harambee sacco around 2000 when property prices skyrocketed.

The first thing you should have done is fence na uweke nyumba ndogo ya mabati ijulikane iko na mtu. Pole kwa msiba.

My lawyer is on it. But problem is that construction is going on now even after he knows that the land is in dispute…

you have encountered a malicious cat… chances are he knew all along the land was not legit so he has a couple of aces up his sleave

Tafutana Na green card. They take advantage of mutations ie land was subdivided and title deeds issued without entering the same in mutation plans by surveyor. So at the end unakuwa Na title on paper but maybe no land on ground. Fuackin county
