Good morning esteemed villagers, I have been using the nakumatt card to pay for my online purchases on aliexpress. But since nakumatt’s woes began I have been scared of using it because I am not sure that the transaction will go through. Has anyone used the card to pay for online purchases recently? Does it still work ama its like the empty shelves inside their supermarkets?

The card is a KCB Visa Card with a Nakumatt Logo. I doubt Nakumatt woes will affect it.

Working ok (used it last month to renew domains).
My Nakumatt card is issued by DTB. I can deposit money into it via MPESA and go to a DTB ATM and do a withdrawal using my PIN.
What’s the cost implications? Mpesa to DTB incurs a charge. Then from ATM a charge.
Havent removed mine from that envelope pack since November last year.
