How did they rectify the error? I thought the bar code reader ndio hutumika kusoma prices. Cashier huwa hatumii ile price imeandikwa hapo.

A credit note was issued and also a new receipt at the right amount. They explained the error , according to the supervisor, the price was reduced but someone forgot to update the system. They even retained my copy of the erroneous receipt to conceal but i had already taken an image.
