If you say so.Anyway, I run a small welding and fabrication business (chuma not stories)and have also ventured in the scrap metal business(free market, very lucrative, no tax).
About the said flat, I recycled a lot of already used steel for doors, windows, balustrades, gate etc from houses demolished in upmarket suburbs za Nairobi to pave way for apartments. Nothing new, alot of building contractors do it too… Chuma huwa haiozi.
