This morning had Dr Ochutho , the ICT guy.He really said it , these saga is all about ODM luos and from specific parts .NASA got nothing to do with it !

Where would they have got the numbers if they did not have agents in 30 per cent of the polling stations.....i even suspect that 30 per cent is a gross underestimation....

I suspect it was a hoax. Otherwise they would have produced data kitambo sana. Its called talking big to match the expectations of the loyal masses.

Where else can they legally get their data, considering that only the IEBC has the legal mandate to register, voters, tally , and announce results?

@dingoo_wa_ingoo , they had the choice of collecting data at source, whether from the polling stations or the constituency tallying centre and using those figures as their evidence against IEBC.
