NASA wants Jubilee Fixing Judiciary Parliamentary proceedings to if IEBC talks are to continue.

Today's talks on IEBC stalled due to NASA demanding that Jubilee has to stop the parliamentary effort to curb the chief justice's power/arrogance.

This is according to Cord TV. It was the first news article but the third to be aired.

Won't this cause a constitution crisis people? If Jubilee doesn't stop the effort to fix JSC, NASA will cry 'Kimeibiwo' after elections. It also shows that NASA is certain that in case they lose, the Wakora judges will nullify the elections automatically.

We know for sure that this will happen regardless of what happens to the SCK. Secondly, what constitutional crisis? NASA does not have the muscle to institute ANYTHING, least of which is dictating to parliament.

There is no crisis.
Nasa has no capacity to dictate terms.
At this point, everyone knows they have no plans to participate in the elections. So there is no point attempting to please them.
Let them pull out of the discussions and do what they want.

Jubilee has been too soft on babuon /Naswa /odm. If it was the opposite in government and with the glaring evidence that the opposition never stops at anything to play dirty, would Jubilee have any chance?
Apana bwana, Jubilee must stop being on the back foot and take the fight to babuon.
ION, babuon should have known when to quit, you can't just go antagonizing everyone and expect sympathy. Embroiling Safaricom in the list of ghostly shadows who want to rig him out will in the end prove to be a costly mistake.
Oh, and if you are the discerning type, watch his body language today, all stone faced and gloomy. He knows he's fast running out of options.

Jubilee is planning ahead, they know nasa will say they were rigged out. And they know sc will nullify again. So jubilee is taking the power of swearing the president from CJ, so that when they disobey the ruling they can go ahead and swear in the president elect
