Having gone through the summary, It raises more issues of credibility and whether the IEBC broke the elections act 2016 and consequently the constitution.
It does not sufficiently try to annul the 1.4 million votes that uhuru got above raila.
As it stands, credibility alone is not sufficient ground to make an election void. Its a stale case for the audience to drool over. Elections are Manual in kenya and will remain that way.
If they had manual 34As to counter IEBC's own 34As the case would stand. Qualitiatively the case holds, Quantitatively to overturn 1.4m votes, its a sham and silly case fit for a kangaroo court

If RAO failed to have agents in his linda kura initiative and possibly failed to pay them, its his own problem. He collected money for this initiative and to then claim that he does not have 34As is mischivious and silly at best. Who ate the agents money? why did they not collect 34As? This is monkey business
Always stand by the truth but my thought is,
The level of preparedness of NASA in this Petition as compared to 2013 on the face of it is commendable. A Petition over 25,000 pages must be meticulous. However, this is only if every page on that Petition matters.
The general Public do not give a dime about imperative legal principles such as admissibility of evidence, relevance, burden of proof, standard of proof etc etc. What they care is that there was evidence running into over 25,000 pages. I don't envy the Supreme Court. Damn if you do, damn if you don't. That notwithstanding, the Court should just uphold the rule of law. Either way, no faction will lose it's political base. But confidence in the Supreme Court will be seriously affected either way.

NASA errerd in concentrating on tightening electronic transmission laws NOT realising that Jubilee wanted Manual everything.
They should have legaly tightened manual rules of preparing 34As such that a form 34A with No agent signature from gazzeted presidential agents should be declared invalid

Kule imefika it's beyond common talk...if it were that simple that Ni ku annul the 1.4M votes...Naswa would have simply cooked 34A's and the burden would have been upon IEBC to prove otherwise...
In any case if it's proved beyond doubt that the process wasn't credible...then I think that already invalidates the voting,tallyng and announcement too
