One of the directors (the one you want out) has to give consent by appending his signature to an official form.
Or if you are more than two directors you can vote him / her out! If this is done in good faith you should have no issues, but if you are trying to force a director out it can be challenging more so when its a two director ltd company. Talk to a CPS or a law firm clerk.
board resolution, incoorp cert , new memorandum of association with the usual stuff like new share allocations. pin certificate , identification documents for the new director and i believe a copy of annual returns , lodge in the e-citizen then look for a guys to fast track it for you
Any changes to the company now done online
Incase you need a cr12 for tenderpreneurs, you link your biness/company online. Request and pay fr it online.
You must file and update the companys registry returns (file and pay) online
Incase you want to change a partner-manager in a LLP. You do those changes online. LLP Act btw gives a manager in LLP arrangement legal liabilities, so better to remain a partner
With e-citizen there is no need to fast track anything. But the company has to be verified.
To check if it is verified, log into e citizen, click on business services tab, click on link business, enter the company number, if it does not come up, enter the company number then submit. If verified, you can now benefit from using e citizen. If not verified, the website will give you fields to populate with personal information, etc.
