A little bird from north London is saying that one Mikel Arteta is now the favourite to replace Wenger as the new Arsenal manager.
I think the Arsenal board has totally lost it to be even considering a rookie with zero experience for the big job. Such gambles on totally unknowns has worked in the past but its not always a guarantee.

Its hard to get a top manager when the work entails buying a whole squad with little money, expect to attract top players while paying them average wages, no trophy expectations and in Europe they are destined for Europa cup. Then you look around and realize the other Top 5 teams at EPL are stronger and will do more to stay that way.
I will second what @gashwin has said, it is better to wait for the club to announce who will succeed Arsene before jumping to conclusions.
