quality of refurbished electronics depends on where it is coming from. if it is from the US or canada you will get a good refurbished computer. If it is from some other places you will have a problem because parts used are substandard. for example, if the outer casing has been swapped for an aftermarket chinese one you will immediately notice the crap quality.
there is a good reason the US has very good refurbished electronics quality. the consumers there dont fuck around and they are well protected. they will ask for refunds and the major payment systems are usually on their side. refurbishing companies there have their game at the top.
