There’s a July 1, 2020, deadline to acquire one for existing licence holders.
But can somebody kindly explain to me why it costs that much to get one?
Government is broke…They will make billions from this exercise…bado kuna ile 50/- “convinience fee” some guys will make millions without breaking a sweat.
What about those who renewed the old license this year for a period of three years?
