My idea was to run in the morning and do some push ups, press up etc. I ended loosing some mad weight and currently look like a malnutrioned Somali pirate. Just make sure your BMI is in the healthy weight category and all will be fine. It is easier to gain weight than to lose it. Kumbuka

You forgot about the diet which is equally important when working out. When working out you should eat the right food too. Lots of proteins should feature in your diet. That’s what will build the body

@Grundy si we ni heavy, mine is normally 77 to 85kg, if i work out gym 89-90, for boxing i cut up to 75-80 depending on category Height 6’4"
