nissan sylphy vs subaru legacy

Nissan sylphy saloon Year 2008 2000cc vs Subaru Legacy BL5 Saloon non-turbo Year 2008 2000cc.
Which is the better deal for a first car for mostly urban driving and occasional countryside drives say twice every month 150km both ways, in terms of; stability, comfort, practicality, spares- availability and cost, and ofcourse fuel consumption.

Wah! Si your math homework is crazy! No wonder you high school kids behave like you do.
