No electoral court should ever order for a recount

Everytime, after an election some people are found somewhere in a backroom, stuffing ballots into ballot boxes. In 2013, it was done at KU. It always looks so futile. You always wonder what is the point - the voting is over, the counting is over, why are people stuffing boxes? Now you know. They do it hoping that in case the court orders for a recount, the numbers would balance off. Then the stuffed ballots would help balance the numbers of votes that were added to their tallies at polling station. This is what Uhuru was hoping would happen. He seems to have spend lots resources stuffing boxes, only for the court to fail to take that route. Given this, should courts order recounts, given the time for stuffing in between polling and the issuance of the court orders?

Are you aware there was not a single affidavit from a NASA party affiliate agent questioning the validity of a single form 34A? It is the agents who validate the election at the polling station and not a single one complained. So did Uhuru pay off all the agents.......wuacha manenos
Try to rise above the Nasa-Jubilee fray. Try to look at things objectively. Nasa are, for the most part, incompetents. So we are trying to look at these things at a higher level.

So we are trying to look at these things at a higher level..........The highest level of validation is the form 34A. Let us not hide our heads in the sand. The integrity of the forms validate a process, agents validate the forms, and the whole process from this point is a vehicle transmitting what is already validated.

In 2013, youths descended on KU and found ballot boxes been stuffed.
The same way they descended on Jumuia Hotel yesterday and found Mothers Union ladies buying and selling ID cards.
That claim was not substantiated, nothing was happening there apart from a peace meeting. Go slow on rumours or u will have a difficult time explaining
