Everytime, after an election some people are found somewhere in a backroom, stuffing ballots into ballot boxes. In 2013, it was done at KU. It always looks so futile. You always wonder what is the point - the voting is over, the counting is over, why are people stuffing boxes? Now you know. They do it hoping that in case the court orders for a recount, the numbers would balance off. Then the stuffed ballots would help balance the numbers of votes that were added to their tallies at polling station. This is what Uhuru was hoping would happen. He seems to have spend lots resources stuffing boxes, only for the court to fail to take that route. Given this, should courts order recounts, given the time for stuffing in between polling and the issuance of the court orders?
