NO JaKuon, No Elections

It's the only way.
Then those voting come out in large numbers to ensure the areas left out on 26th make no difference...if the votes cast are 50% +1!
Let Babuon not claim to be playing Chess, yet using "Sheria za draughts"...where all pieces are of equal strength apart from the King!

What is the meaning of no elections in a constituency?

What does the law say about a situation where the electoral body has availed staff and materials but one of the players disrupts voting. Can the party that causes disruption resulting in no voting claim remedy that voting did not take place?

I am waiting to see how SC respond to jubilee's complaint suit. That will inform whether the wakora are determined to continue their ukora or they are now prepared to at least be seen as nonpartisan
If the referee claims the process is not credible can the SC say otherwise?

"He who comes to equity must come with clean hands." In short a party that disrupts the election cannot go to court and claim that the election was not credible due to his own malicious actions.

last i looked, IEBC was the referee, not the confused chebukatinasa nor the evil calculating akombe. the majority of IEBC are sure there will be a credible elections. the majority have the way. even at the SC, the majority had their way even with glaring mistakes pointed out on their ruling. and by the way, the only reason the 2 are giving are threats in luo nyanza and funnily enough, want to reward that lawlessness by giving in to their violent blackmail. so back to my comment, let the SC tell us whether it is okey to give in to lawless violent blackmail

Unfortunately this was an argument that was not made during the last petition when Orengo presented false numbers to the court from Siaya county that exceeded the number of registered voters. However the latest move will have them cornered as they should have been the case the first time around.
