Trying to change log book and im stuck at the old log book upload section.
Its not working. Anyone experienced the same and if so what was the solution.
It is stuck on ‘‘LOADING… PLEASE WAIT.’’
or maybe your internet is not okay…
try a uploading on a machine with Windows XP…

To enable your browser to upload logbooks on TIMS using Google chrome browser, do the following:
- Click the 3 vertical lines icon on the far right of the Address bar.
- Click on Settings, scroll to the bottom and click the Show Advanced Settings link.
- Under System settings: Click on Open proxy settings.
- Click the Security tab > Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.
Enter the URL of TIMS/NTSA Citizens Self-service Portal ( http://tims.ntsa.go.ke/ ), then click Add.
Kindly clear your browser’s data and cache on Google chrome also update adobe flash using the following steps:-
Open a new tab
Chrome go to settings then content
Click on flash
At allow, click on ADD
You then open a tab on your browser and click to open the menu at the top far right . Click on options , go to privacy/ security. Click on exception and proceed to add https://tims.ntsa.go.ke and save the changes. You can then continue to make the application.
Kindly use Chrome Browser

tumia windows explorer browser the old verion.sio hii mpya. I had the same problem with chrome and these other fancy browsers but was adviced by an insider at ntsa. thereafter never had any other issues.
Enable flash, simple.

It takes PDF. Weka picha kwa converter utengeneze pdf. You might also take care to reduce the picture size before making the pdf. Tuma PDF.
