Nyanza wants out.

But I am with them, and angry at the way fishermen are treated by Ugandan police in Lake Victoria. Why doesn’t the Kenya government deal with our unappreciative neighbours once and for all?

Finally!!

Pheew. Self determination should come faster

there are many with the stupid opinion that its just a rock, we shouldn’t fight over it.

Which goverment?.. Consult Baba… .

where do we sign… Does it mean anyone with a fishy name will go?

they are going anyway

@FieldMarshal CouchP had a genuine point on these issues of splinters. We are better of as one Country Kenya . All other noises we hear are individuals dissatisfaction !

Everyone wants out of something. Let them join the queue. Hata @Mosa wants out of ukirimbita and @uwesmake wants out of tabia za kifedhuli fedhuli.

no one is going anywhere, they were demanding for their right to be protected as kenyans, the government should do something about it

They have their own government led by baba who can deal with it. Waende kabisa like yesterday

It should be addressed once and for all. These territorial disputes will bite us in the rear one day. Stamp some authority. His father did it. Why can’t he?

True. It is time Kenya started throwing her weight around.
Tanzania, wanadhani kushare border na wao is a favour to us.
Saitan. bomb all the ferkers!

First, they don’t recognize the government, and then they want out. How will they deal with Museveni?

Nimesema mara ngapi that there is no friction over migingo. That was a handshake deal between M7 and former President Kibaki. M7 needed a campaign boost that election cycle and showing bravado over that Island was a good strategy. It worked, UG rallied around their President. Last year IG Bonnet and UG police chief met here and agreed on joint patrol and administration on security issues there. They then flew there directly using our Police chopper and directed the same. Yes there are friction and hostilities between locals and UG police there but its hardly a national event to warrant hostilities between the two nations. The OCS from both sides can even settle that matter without it going any further.
