Nyeri Youth Flagged Down Vehicles To Gakuru’s Funeral In Search Of Raila

Visitors heading to the funeral of the late Nyeri Governor Wahome Gakuru were treated to a scary and are dram when youth in Karatina town flanked down vehicles “while searching for Raila Odinga.”

According to Nairobi news, the incident disrupted traffic for hours along the busy Karatina-Nairbi highway as hundreds of youth wrongly got word that Odinga would be passing there to attend the funeral.

Motorists were forced to open boots while the rowdy youth made thorough searches that would put most security personnel to shame.

A traffic officer whoa tempted to intervene was threatened with proper beating as the youth vowed to keep vigil.
