Practice stoicism. It helps a lot.
Stoicism is based on controlling your mind thus your emotions which leads to your accent and your actions.

If you cant practice stoicism, the run daily. Run to the point when you feel tired (Your mind is controlling your body by telling it that you are tired) but keep going, keep going. When your practice this, you are literally controlling your mind. It will be easier to control your emotions thereafter.
