Luhyas are many quiet diverse tribes. Some so different linguistically it’s a wonder they ere lumped together. Culturally too. Luhya is a name of 18 tribes within one tribe. The 18 plus sub-tribes making up the Luhya tribe have diff cultures & even spoken language. A maragoli from Vihiga county can’t understand/decipher most of the words from a Bukusu-speaking chap.
