OLD MEN VS YOUNG MEN

So I have made this interesting observation on my side hustles. I have done business with a lot of people over the past two years and I often have reservations working with older men. Now do not get me wrong but it seems, most men at 50yrs and above develop this feeling of being untouchable and extra cocky. So you get to work with them on say a project, give them all the deets and your rates. They approve and often surprisingly dont bargain. A down payment is made as I often insist on it to gauge a client's seriousness, but when it comes to the closing amount later on, you get told that wewe bado kijana una nguvu after a series of unanswered calls.

It has really frustrated me such that unaanza kuona those men of advanced age ndio wakora zaidi. My experiences have not all been bad but for the most part wengi mimi humeet to work with are normally very arrogant and just because you look young they feel they can shit allover you and give you hekayas of how they started off rough na vile sisi vijana siku hizi tuko na njaa mingi. I prefer those abit younger because atleast they have soem courtesy when it comes to payments na kama ni mkora it is easier to see. Its the older ones who know how to hide in plain sight.

I have not experienced this with women, well because women are a different scenario altogether.

:D:D. Elder people fear their Death and death of loved ones, secondly they fear Litigation as at that age huna pesa mingi sana ya kulipa lawyers........ Steps to take, Hire 2 at Pambas to shake the trees and see what leaves fall. Hio ikishindikana study some law, mention your Law abilities every now and then , Point out some court papers casually during pale mwanzo tu and claim to be suing some people for non payment. Hio yote Ikishindikana find One Joey, A strong Heavy on hire who will be going with you to these, meetings za Kuitisha pesa, Casually mention How this Joey has killed pale afgan and Syria na ametoka missioni pale Somalia but is a private contractor now, deals with difficult families but is just there as a buddy. All mentioned casually Mpesa zitalia ushtuke. Thank me later
the other option is to overcharge the eldercustomer on their initial deposit such that it is 80% of said services while they think it is much lower (making them think it is 20%) do the work and ask them to pay A little amount and the rest utasahau. Wakilipa your 100% which will look like 50% unawambia debt written off. Itakuwa win win. Happy you happy customer who thought wamepata a good deal.:cool::cool: . There are tricks from here to timbuktu of extracting debts. Good luck

hehehe nikiwa mgeni ujeru after kujikaza and struggling i was able to save 1000euro. So i get introduced to this nigerian mbuda..anaka mtu waheshima. Ati he exports German cars to Nigeria.

U know sisi Wakenya these sides can't export vehicles coz all are LHD. Anyway tumeenda na huyu respectable fella hadi kiwanja hizi second hand cars german cars are sold.

I remember i bought three..one going for 250, another 300 na ingine kitu 330euros. Nimagari ziko tuu but in european standards ni write off. So mzee akaniambia hizo gari sasa ataziweka pamoja na zake ziende Lagos wauuze. I was to get a three fold return. Yaani nilikuwa nirudishwe around 2,900 according to our calculations including shipping fees ..

Long story short, nilijiongelesha... i still see this old mnaija na nikama naona karma ilimrudia juu sai anakaa mgonjwa mgonjwa..yaaani amekonda and looks weak, Peeps tell me ako na cancer.

you should always dress formal when meeting potential clients (suit up), hizi shida zote zitakutoka
True. You need to look professional.
Recently I attended a conference of filmmakers and i have never seen more bad weird hairdos in one room. In fact the word that came to mind was hippies!. One of the industry problems they were lamenting about was lack of project finance and I wondered - who is going to trust you to repay their money if you look like a vagabond?

You need to re-calibrate your mindset. Nyinyi ndio wale mafala huvaa suti ata kama unasweat kama nguruwe juu mzungu akipeana independence aliwacha kama amesema watu wavae suti. Kwani those filmmakers don't have financial documents you can use to gauge their ability to repay loans? What if I'm a conman and show up in a suit and feed you some baloney, does it mean you'll give me your money?
