Some retail businesses I have encountered use paybill or withdraw cash as means of payment.
I think Withdraw cash is better coz you get commission
Buy goods and services is better since there are no charges on the purchaser.

Only big business like petrol stations aren’t charged, small business are asked to to transfer the cost to customer. For every payment 1% is taken in addition to charges incurred when transfering money from kopokopo line to your safaricon line. Note that you can’t withdraw directly from the kopokopo line.
