These are graves of victims and survivors of The Common Wealth War. Very old graves just like the ones near Nyayo stadium

Wacha propaganda… that signpost is for the European soldiers killed during the world wars. Has nothing to do with burials after independence. In fact that cemetery will disappear soon… encroachment.
Those are war cemeteries where foreign soldiers are buried.
Even in US soldiers are buried in special military cemeteries.
Make the sign read “Commonwealth War Graves”. The sign “European Cemetery” sounds like another one that used to be in near Kayole marked “Kavirondo Cemetery”
