Passport application via e-citizen.

I have been trying to apply for my passport replacement via e-citizen during the last few days in vain.

I have not managed to get past step 2. Is there anyone else who has experienced challenges in accessing the system?

is it that you are getting to step 2 and cannot proceed to step 3? ama you cannot get to step 2 from step 1 no matter what option you select?, Have you tried changing your browser?

I have borrowed a friends laptop with windows 10 to use the Microsoft Edge browser na haitambui.

Haiwes fika step 2.

Earlier on, i tried Explorer, Opera and Firefox. None of them have worked.

Mtu aweke screenshot ya step 2 nikubali mimi ndio nimeshindwa kufika hapo.

Replace any space where you have put N/A or non applicable with 4 zeros

And any telephone number should have prefix 00 instead of plus sign

Various tricks; a good browser, no spaces, and also reset my account to get a new password.
