I prefer Payoneer. I don’t trust Safaricom; they may just snitch on me one of this fine days. I left Skrill a while ago when they were still called Moneybookers. They decided to upgrade my account to Merchant which had higher charges.

It is cheaper for people withdrawing large sums like $ 2k and above, who are not in a hurry to use the cash. I think skrill limits what one can withdraw to mpesa to $700 or thereabouts.

For now, linking is a problem I linked mine way back in 2012. But you can talk to a guy called Fredrick Limbe, he helped me withdraw some cash that were stuck in my limited PayPal account.
