An Intel Celeron G640 CPU goes for about 7k and it’ll play even NFS 2012 on low settings. Pentum IV it too old for life. Upgrade your small bro. I use this CPU for movies and stuff. My nephew occasionally plays NFS MW (05 & 12), FIFA 14, Conflict Desert Storm, EuroTrack 2.something, NBA 2013 and some type of Rugby. With Pentium IV… you’re too much limited.
