Na hawa soldiers ata hawana body armour. How can a country as big and as wealthy as that under-invest in the military to that extent. Si ajabu wanakuwa thrashed by hii mungiki ya Nigeria. Or is it politics?: kama military haikulike or is dominated by the "other tribe" you underinvest to weaken its influence.
