At those levels, it becomes wildly difficult to reproduce exactly what someone else has due to differences in materials and proprietary technology used. Something close to, yes. Exactly, ngumu sana. And that’s where joint ventures come in.

F 22 na 35 are too fat na their software normally has a lot of problems which has led to cost overuns and they lack Manouverability which will be easy game to the sukhoi

Eh, check your sources again and again.

The F-22 has two dimensional thrust vectoring, is supermaneuverable and has a thrust to weight ratio of 1.26. Handling it is a peach. Also, it is very difficult to detect an F-22 unless they decide to show you visually where they are. Also with the ability to gather info and pass it on to other platforms, no operational plane at the moment is as superb as the F-22. Let’s wait for the PAK-FA and J-20.

As for the F-35, it is yet to gain full operational capability so for now it’s difficult to have a say but it’s radars and sensor fusion can only be matched by the F-22. An unintended unplanned ability bonus gained from it’s radars is being pushed to be added on to F-16s. As a contemporary of the harrier which has a maneuver called viffing where the direction of thrust is suddenly changed, the F-35B may replicate that in future. As of now, the F-35 still doesn’t meet all of the requirements it was built for so let’s give it time.

That is all on paper f 22 stealth with the advanced radars on earth there is now way radar cannot detect it
