For all those people who grew up in the 90’s, all the matatus that were worth their salt had this specific equalizer, the pioneer EQ-6500. Too sad pioneer electronics discontinued its production, and we had to settle for other knockoffs like boschman.
But there is some GOOD NEWS! Pioneer are relaunching the equaliser as EQ-6500 V2 and are expected to hit kenyan markets early next year. Hizo ndio bei kila mahali. This thing ni zile vitu vintage and rare, so ukiwa nazo unaskia uko mbele sana. I doubt the new version will be that expensive.

Hii ni bei umeona ni ya version 1, pia huko majuu iko na bei juu it was a hit also na its no longer in production. I expect itakuwa kitu 10k hapo, si mbali sana na zingine.

Honestly cant answer that for now because I have not sampled a car fixed with this new equaliser. But the hype will definately make your car legit. Expect kuulizwa ‘Bado unatumia boschman boss??’ hivi karibuni.
