Plain Clothes Along River Road

I just saw 3 police arrest a guy who coming out of one of those brothels ya kupanda stairs along River road, it’s 2 men and 1 lady, the lady is dressed like one of the hoes so you can’t know unapata umeshikwa, buyer beware

If you can’t identify an undercover cop on sight you have no business visiting establishments that provide illegal services/products.

@Father Figure tupe maoni in this time of crisis

Why are adults who decide what to do with their bodies getting arrested? Provided they don’t do it in public? I have never understood the idea behind arresting prostitutes and their clients even though I don’t partake in the business.

Utajipata hapo tu

Watakudandia pia ukiwa umetermsha mask for phone call.

kuna undercover cops wako na marasta na wanavuruta bangi

Those are thugs not cops ! wameja town uta tembezwa towards central mpaka utoe kakitu b4 reaching there ! Dare them to take youa all the way or make a scene wata potea ! Wana tabia ya kuingia electronic shop claiming you are selling stolen products if you are confident and ask them mwende station wana hepa

ii tao imejaa waizi sana ,hakuna vile hau mapoko wanaeza kubali clients wao washikwe , ingekua war kubwa sana , hao ni waizi wenzao.

He has arrested for what? Leaving a building?

Lazima ni hapo latema penye inajoin river road. Kuna a certain brothel hapo.

Was once arrested when leaving Amar in 2014,hands tied with the tie I wore,on our way to kamukunji police station we crossed.

Chief unaenda Amar na tie vile agwambo huingia na kabuti

I was about to ask the same, why was he arrested for coming out of a building? Was a crime committed? If so wouldn’t it suffice if the cops brought along evidence,in this case the “prostitute”. Why havent they raided the place if its known for its nefarious shenanigans?

does mbitika partake OF or IN

Its true nshai enda Kuosha rungu kona ya latema karibu na Choo ole wangu pingu nduo hio chwaaap had to cough another 500/=

What is illegal?

Very true, in my opinion

The theorem is “law has no place in morality”
Consequently, law cannot govern such things that morality ought to

I am a big believer of that

Point is, the police (law) has no business arresting (enforcing morality by law) prostitutes

I respect hoes. Can’t touch, won’t touch them though.

Haha

The Law established has a lot of “Gray” areas …
Prostitution or partaking thereof is a Crime in our Statutes …
It’s time some of these colonial era Laws were repealled …
