When I’m pressed for time, I usually do power cleans and clean and press. Full body movements that leave you gasping for air. But most People don’t like them because they pre dominantly work the posterior chain and not the ‘mirror muscles’.

Unless you are a professional powerlifter or an Olympic athlete you are better off sticking to the big 3. Deadlifts, squats and bench press should be enough for 99% of lifters.

Hehe mimi naogopa lower back issues. I got a slipped disc when playing rugby some years back, I am very wary of doing power cleans, jerks etc. But I agree its a good exercise to work the whole body in a short period of time.

While I agree to sticking with the big 3, I still think that a form of clean is essential for all serious lifters. It’s one of the best explosive movements Out there. Have a look at Mark Rippetoe’s book on ‘Starting Strength’. He emphasises the need to program a clean in any serious lifting program.

Nice videos, how it’s good we live in an ERA where online you can be informed with “almost” everything you need. My brother goes to Gym I think daily, he lives there! His workout program is very intense because he has high aims for himself. And thanks to his experience and knowledge he introduced me as a beginner with some factors as example - Don’t think after a week or even 2 months there will be massive changes. You really need to work hard. Right died and workout and supplement combined will do the job! And finally PATIENCE!. Now I started as he did to take supplements (can share with info) from fytlylab bodybuilding review and little by little doing exercises, dumbbells, aiming right posture and working on my nerd neck! With time difficulties will start to appear! But everything is possible! He is my example!
