Predetermined Case

The wakoras said that if another a case of similar manner is brought before them, they will nullify the election again. Is this predetermining a case, which i think its against the law? is it sheer arrogance, that should not be coming from a judge? something is very wrong somewhere

He also threatened parliament by saying there are hundreds of petitions filed before the courts and asked judges and magistrates not to fear anything.

Who?

It only means if another case with similar issues is brought before them, they will find guilt the same way they found in this case.

I have edited, hope it’s clear now.

the same way as in taking the applicants fake documents as the gospel truth and completely ignoring respondents counter evidence? what a tyrant

Let me break it down for your simpleton mind: take off the uthamaki blinders though.

If another election, no matter the candidates, is conducted in contravention of the constitution, and brought to the same court, the verdict will be the same.

So, no matter how hard it is for uthamaki to support the proper way of doing things, it will be in your best interest, to clamor for a legit repeat poll, if at all you have the 70+1% you keep shouting about. Coz if the shenanigans that happened on 8th are repeated, it will be much easier to spot and document, and petition again. And an endless loop it shall be.

A real definition of “wembe ni ule ule”. A repeat of the same illegalities and irregularities by anyone else will result in a similar nullification.

th

the two rogue judges will never be allowed to sit on that bench

nullification will never happen again, by that time some laws would have been changed, allowing for only a number of 5 judges to overturn an election, wakoras are 4, and i doubt the two will be allowed to be anywhere near the bench

Ojwang and Njoki? You’re getting some sense into you now. Bravo.

CJ or who?

Who said the next election is in 2022?

Each case should be decided on its merits and demerits…
not this nonsense of pre-determination.
This guy is actually advising Babuon to mess with the process and the SC will be on his side…regardless of the cost to the Country.

So, the law will be changed to say MARAGA OUT? In one day.
And who will ascent to the law, now that the president has limited powers,…
Typical uthamakistani simpleton mentality.

This judiciary is like the story that was on the news 2weeks ago of a group of people who thought they could stop hurricane Irma by shooting at it with their guns.

right now he has full powers, there was no election, as the wakora court said, and the change is not to oust cj, but to make it compulsory for 5 judges to agree for an election to be overturned
