Let me tell you why Prince2 training and certification is expensive in kenya. You (the trainer) book an "EVENT" with the parent organization (APMG) for which you pay them approx $1500 per day of training. So for a 5-day course, you pay 7500. Now, if you have 1 student, then you ideally should charge him the 7500+your margins. If you have 10 students, then you may charge each 750+your margins. If you have 30 students then you can comfortably charge each 250+your margins. Thus, the varied pricing across various institutions based on their minimum quorum and other factors.

The smart ones like Preston of K90 have found an easy way to go round this prohibitive cost. Talk to him.
