Quite in order. RVIST is a crafts and trades school. Teaches practical skills not Ohms theory. I know guys there who trained at colleges like RTI and worked their trades before going to teach there. They have the skills all they are required to do is study education courses, to enable them teach. They were moved from tsc to TIVET.
