The mason’s supervisor came from a drinking spree and found the boy finishing the Mason. The boy attacked the supervisor but he managed to escape and go get the police, the police picked up the mason’s body but did not check the main house assuming they were asleep. In actual fact the boy was looking at the police carry away the mason’s body from his dad’s room, he had switched off the lights and after he burnt a paper bag his mom opened the door to see what was going on, he broke both her arms, after the cops left, he switched on to the electricity, ate the food his mother had cooked while he watched TV and drank his dad’s Balozi beer and then he slept in his dad’s bed till 4am hitch hiked on a bread delivery truck back to his gf in Jikaxe Mai Mahiu. There was a boda guy who transported him to his dad’s house who hasn’t come forward and is being sought by police.
My assessment is that the kid had paranoid schizophrenia where he believed that if he did not kill his family they would end up killing him. He believed it so much that he even went to pray that his mission would be successful. At the holy family basilica since hes a committed Anglican. I suspect that his uncle the neighbor who has survived 3 assassination attempts was involved and this is why the narrative that this kid acted alone is being pushed mpaka by Johansen Oduor whose work is purely post mortem.
I would advise looking into extended family seriously. This scrawny boy has no defensive wounds yet his mother has 2 broken arms. The boy did not even have a scratch on him. The boy wanted to kill his family with carbon monoxide maybe inspired by the Githurai family death by carbon monoxide which makes more sense because the boy is skinny, lanky, stabbing 5 people for a kid that scrawny is an uphill task. This kid breaking his mother’s arms is next to impossible. Can you imagine how exhausting it is stabbing someone 30 times. Go take a knife and get a chunk of meat. Stab it 10 times in quick succession your hand will become numb this kid is said to have stabbed one person over 30 times. It’s impossible. The uncle who lives less than 200 meters away heard nothing. How is that possible.
This boy has no violent inclination, he couldn’t even threaten his tiny gf Muthoni when she refused to take bhangi and alcohol. Or when she delayed buying knives.
The level of cooperation is a sign that he is the fall guy. This guy will get out of jail a few years later after Kenyans have forgotten about this.
