PROGRESS

Its been a while since i posted something in this village… Today marks the second week after i almost slit someone’s throat, it has not been easy, trying to adjust to a life i never thought I’d go back to.

It still hurts but not like it did initially, now i find it easy to smile, crack jokes with my friends and sometimes forget what happened. Shida inanirudia usiku, im struggling to get some sleep and i dont want to pop sleeping pills, but anyway i know ill get thru this.

Thank you all for your advice, encouragement na watu wa matusi pia siwezi wasahau… @kingmarto I hope you are doing good too. @byro thanks for your support, not forgetting @10000 OTHERS @syndicate too.

How many times have you gone on rebound?

Thats nice bro, atleast ua making strides.
You can try listening to some soft low music at night while on the bed, atleast to act as a catalyst to send to deep sleep.
Within no time u will have fully recovered.

@Okiya ALITOMBEWA DEM COMBI NA WAIMBAJI WA KLEPTOMANIACS AKIANGALIA NA AKAENDA HOME AKALALA AKILIA , SASA WEWE UNALIA NINI

Shida in if the music reminds him of her…but hope he makes a quick recovery… A good number of us have been there and finally pulled out… By the end of the third week he must be OK. The next hurdle will be learning to go to places that remind him of her and not minding at all

It’s never easy, back in college same thing happened to me. Went for attachment, the girl I loved so much started fcuking another dude.
Come back to college final year, all my friends knew what was happening and non of them said a word, last semester, two week to the final exam, it was on a Saturday night when this guy spilled the beans, accidentally though.
I went got this b!tch and kick her ass so bad, that I swore never to hit a woman again.
It was hard for me, exams two weeks away, did prepare for sh!t, did wanna see my roommates/friends, life felt like shit.
I learned though, and I hope u have learned to.

The best way to get over a woman is to get on top of another one thats why i always have a backup just in case. But utatoboa life will be easier but the pain never goes away.

@Okiya thanks for that i hope it wont take that long to finally heal.

@Ruffneck sijaiendea rebound

@syndicate music is making worse, instead of falling asleep i find myself thinking ata kitu inanisaidia sana ni hii kijijk thou siandiki anything.
@Ice_Cube true, mombasa na vile ni ndogo itabidi niwe tough, i thought of avoidin going to the places we used to but sioni ikiwa possible.

Soft music won’t do it. This thing hurts to the bones.

Music huwa mbaya sana. Niliwai patwa na episode Fulani imefanya siku hizi I do not listen to radio sababu miziki inachezwa ni ile mlikuwa mkisikiza wote infact alikuwa akikuimbia at times thus memories kicks in full blast. Hiyo alternative ya kutafuta msupa mwingine imenisave sana.

ukikaa na dem more than a month naturally number inaji engrave kwa akili since unamcall most of the time , slices manenos .

Uko na shida mimi nilitrain mind not to know numbers za watu
