Prophet Owuor Followers & Crazy Things

What’s the craziest thing you’ve heard/seen a prophet Owuor follower do ??

For me, I used to have a room mate in uni. He used to sleep above me and he’d wake up @ 5.30 to pray loudly for about 30 mins to 1 hour.

During one of the prayer session i happened to hear, he said that "Jehovah Lord even my parents do not matter and are of no importance. It is only you that matters in my life. "

I found that to be a bit unconventional and crazy !!!

Im told A former Mp for Kipipiri who also happened to be an assistant minister has sold his extensive farm and a five storey building to support the ministry.

He is also a Bishop in the church.

If only we devoted as much energy and time on science and technology as we devote on religion and other supernatural things…africa would not be a third world continent

one who is about to start said “Mungu nipe heshima yangu”

This is the same reason religion was introduced in Africa before anything else; to brainwash the masses prior to raping their resources. They gave us the Bible so they can steal from us.

mgani huyu?

To be fair, Europe has suffered because of religion more than Africa ever will. It has taken them hundreds of years to civilize. So we’ll also get there.

It’s all over don’t we see these followers washing major roads with detergents whenever there master is coming for crusades only for his convoys to come passing over.

Really? Africa is still suffering if you ask me.

In this age of information we should not wait to “civilise” like the europens did…

Africa is very new in this Christianity thing. Europe went through the full cycle. Persecution, catholic vs protestants, crusades etc.
One thing that I find common is religion is closely tied to poverty. It gives the miserable some hope to cling on and that was the case several hundred years ago in Europe as it is in Africa today.

The information age only strengthens faith, as people see in real time the evils happening in the world.

Unfortunately, the youth in Africa is caught in the dumbing down trap and is not taking advantage of the information age. The information to enable him design solutions to his day to day problems is there but is he making use of it? The youth is informed more about the kardashians and kasabuni than how he can utilize his family’s idle half acre of land to give himself an income.

Wueeh! Huyu tungepeana boundary. Lazima tungeshikana mashati. Huwezi nipigia makelele yet I’ve paid for the room.

One time police were clearing the road for the giga prophet on both sides. I refused kuenda kando. L/cruiser ikanifuata mbio na kunisimamisha. Kuulizwa nikawaambia I can only stop for the presidential convoy, sio conmen. The cop just smiled and went on his wsy

That area is known for strange religious convictions the residents hold, there was an incident narrated where villagers came to worship and seek repentance from paratroopers who had dropped in parachutes on a military exercise.

This is now evidence of a cult.

They thought the paratroopers were angels or what?

:D:D:D They were angels sent from heaven, weren’t they?

Nyandarua?
