Is it in relation to the above hekaya or something else? Is it a true story? Is it the reason you are resentful?
Yes, we can say Caleb's death was very instrumental in destroying my faith. It is a true story . No, I am not a resentful person...you could have seen that in my posts. I accepted that I am a flawed person and seeking redemption knowing fully well I will still make the same mistakes just doesn't make sense to me.I hate lying.

If its a true story then sorry, for the loss of the loved one. I didn't know, because, as I said before, people here are never serious, and I can still see the not-serious comments to a serious post.

I don't know the reason why you strongly refer yourself flawed, but I must admit that no one is perfect in this world, we are all imperfect, but God is so kind that he never counts our sins. He forgives and forget. Life is a journey, and so is our spiritual life, it is a journey because we stumble along the way but we have to be brave and raise up, dust ourselves and continue. Repentance aims to put the love of God back in the first place. If we choose not to repent, the love of God begins to die in our hearts.

A lifeless faith, (which can be caused by loss of a loved one, among others) is an objective seed, forever present through baptism, yet latent. This seed lays dormant within the unwilling subjects, yet it has the potential to grow again, if watered once more by the love of God. You will rise again @pseudonym , and with a lot of energy with the love of God.

For the wayward we can beseech God to “lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of thy mercy,”

God, after all, “desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (1 Tim 2:4).
