I know. Whenever I see guys bragging about their bench instead of talking about squats or deadlifts I know they’re not serious lifters. And that’s okay. So long as they are getting some exercise its good. I just don’t get why people feel the need to exaggerate their numbers. There is no way someone is benching 150kgs unless he is an elite level powerlifter on steroids, and no disrespect to OP but his physique is not one of a person who benches 80kgs.

85 kgs the last time i checked…squats nilikua nafanya 100 kgs in my prime sasa ni 80 kgs
