Qwetu Living??

I would really like to see those chaps living in these houses. Am sure the corruption loot was used to construct these things. Yaani a bedsitter near KARIOBANGI AREA is 30k?

You knw this is more of students housing not regular shitizen right??

It will make sense to some people. You are not the target market.

Just coz you can’t get it doesn’t mean it’s illegal or corruption money.

Infact students is worse

Boss,Qwetu is actually targeted at student. They have strict rules like no smoking,no alcohol sijui Mara gate inafungwa…

If I’m not wrong, this is James Mwangi’s (equity) business… A very good model If you ask me…

So, a KU student who is depending on 20K HELB is expected to pay 30k per month?

My issue is pricing and teh target group. Apart from the USIU students, who else can afford that rent? na watu wengi wa USIU wanaishi kwao

Lanes boss. Lanes!

hii ni ile iko pale allsops ukienda outer?

ii ni breeding ground ya mashoga. mwanaume ni kujitaftia nyumba na kufurnish mwenyewe.

That’s not the target student, hukusoma na vijana walikuwa na BMWs na Subaru’s. Free market baba, ikikosa wateja wata review prices

Lanes my friend i have friends pale kca survey they living huko they get picked and dropped by bus sooo lanes my friend

I saw their advert on Supersport. These guys have money, and the rooms look great.
However I don’t know what their market research told them. I would think the market is not large enough.

Mkubwa ask any parent with kids in any private primary school, they will tell you this is not expensive. Private primary school is crazzzzzy.

Not Mwangi wa Eqkwitee’s project.

Qwetu ni muhimu sana.
for 30k uko na card secured room, washing machine, microwave oven fridge na other luxuries.

no other things zitakuwa zinakusumbua akili. ni wewe na vitabu.

I think the project is not doing badly. Their main target are rich parents looking to get safe and secure but also strict hostels for their kids. The kind of parent that does not want to pay for an apartment for their kid due to fear of what the kid may be exposed to living alone not that they don’t have enough money. Plus a load of international students mostly East African that study in Kenya.
My cousin lives in one and tells me the occupancy is quite high.

They could have done it some years back when there was a hostel crisis in Kenyan universities. Matiangi aliharibu soko kabisa.
