I'm not a broker, so I don't know much about your biz. I have a question. Assuming tajiri fulani ameweka mansion yake on sale na ashaniambia anauza. Halafu in my hustle nipatane na mtu anatafuta nyumba ya kubuy. What is the standard commission % if I connect the two? How do I make sure nimelipwa juu ya kupata client? How do I prevent them from screwing me over in this deal juu obviously ni matajiri wawili wakipeana contacts they will no longer need me. Sande.

If registered property agents can be shoved aside and the seller and buyer engage each other directly, what of a single individual?

In financial management my professor Dr Sanjay used to say cash is king. In Kenya where people are dishonest kuruka, cash is the king of kings. Nimepoteza deals nyingi sana nikingojea to get the money a day or 2 later.

I usually draw contracts all the time. Print one from internet. Make the seller sign it and go with a witness then you will have something you can use in case the Judas in them shows up
Many Kenyans hate signing things but I make it clear it's the only way I'm getting involved

Get an agency letter before introducing the two.
( commission ya 3% is okay)
The owner of the mansion signs it plus his lawyer. Pesa ikiingia the lawyer transfers your cut directly to your account.
