Wadau who are medical experts, I have noted that of late when I drink beer continuously for long time, I develop a minor irritation in the urethra which does not easily go away. What could be the problem. Please help.
Go see a doctor. Alcohol does NOT cause UTI or prostatitis. It can however exacerbate signs and symptoms of both those infections. See a doctor.

Alcohol raises the acidity of your blood which provides an environment for infections to thrive. A normal immune system should however nor easily succumb to such infections, even with ingestion of alcohol. Go get checked for more than just an infection.

Probably uko na underlying UTI so the alcohol in urine irritates it when passing through
