redmi Note 7 screen freeze

hi guys, my rn7 screen has just frozen and i can access any thing touch sensitivity aint there although the fingerprint scanner is working absolutely perfect. anyone experienced this or a solution to it?. what might be the cause?

Sorry about that. Force restart, perhaps?

RN7 has quality issues, just like the Nokias. Upbaya wa fans wa Xiaomi, they don’t like criticising their phones coz it would seem like they made a poor decision kununua hio simu. RN7 has quality issues. The problem is that only talkers like the Nyamgondho will tell you the truth.

And Soprano.
The note 7 was hyped and advertised na gimmicks nyingi sana. Ikiweko kupelekwa eti to the stratosphere na kuangushwa with nothing happening to it, allegedly. Niliishuku kwa sababu ya hayo. The other phone they hyped like that was the pokofone. I never liked it.

uko sure io ni xiaomi redmi Note 7 Ama ulibuy Naomi

Nikiwaambia vitu za China mwachane nazo hamskii.

@Nyamgondho you get very bitter when your beloved Chinese are mentioned but leo naona unasema they have quality issues. SMH.

Maybe it’s a miss for you mine is just epic never lags since the day of it’s inception in March and I just updated to miui 11 and it’s simply flawless

Na Android 10?

Hey that’s a red flag.

I look at phone manufacturers and their products on a case by case basis. For example, I supported Huawei phones for a while before they made that dumb decision to lock their bootloaders. I even wrote to Huawei expressing my disappointment and disapproval. Today, following the Trump trade war, Huawei wishes it had listened to our sentiments. I recently saw one of their product managers suggest that they might reconsider this decision. Needless to say, they will look like complete fools if they do so.

For the record, I use an LG G8 ThinQ. An absolute monster of a phone! In the past, I have only used HTC phones and a few Nokia handsets.
I have nothing against Xiaomi or any Chinese company for that matter. But I will always give solid advice to talkers on which particular phone models they should buy and what to expect.

Oh yeah? There are many complaints online about the phone’s build quality.

When it comes to phone build quality, it does not mean that all manufactured units are perfect just because yours is okay. Manufacturing a good quality phone that will last over a long period of time using a plastic chassis is a challenge.

Just look at this video of a RN7 that lost its power button. Even mulika mwizis don’t lose their power buttons. Sasa mtu anawasha simu na sharp pointed pen? Read the comments and see for yourself that he was asked to pay for the button. What a shitty support!!!

A lot of phones have build quality issues.
My quarrel is with the Samsung A series of phones.
Kama unajipenda, don’t touch that crap.
The plastic (looks like glass) is the lowest of the lowest and is a dent magnet. The screen caps out at gorilla glass 3 instead of 5. Na hiyo ni for the high end A series phones. The cheaper A series phones can be scratched by using fingernails.

Software ni Android pie. Samsung delivered a single security patch (June) even though they had promised monthly and quarterly patches. This means kupata Android 10 itakuwa ngumu.

The 15W fast charging is proprietary and can’t be used with any other cable or charging unit. It’s bs.

Not to mention the feature disparity. A series za Europe zina support Band 7. Za Australia na Africa don’t yet they use the same chipset. A series za USA ziko na Always on Display, za Africa hazina. Its disabled. Same model.

Unapata hazina vitu weird kama Proximity na Light sensor. That’s bs.

Fuck Samsung and their crappy budget phones. The only good thing about those phones ni the Super Amoled display tu.
If you buy a Samsung A30, A20 blah blah. Unaeka pesa down the drain.
Maybe the A50, A70 and A80 are better.
But A40 na M40 kwenda chini ni cash grab.
Afadhali Tecno sasa(Tecno si simu kwa maana ya MTK processors, hizo ni toys).
