Revisiting the SC

Replacing them is difficult, just like iebc. It involves accusations then tribunals. But when in governement, you can deal with them politically like through budgetary allocations etc. The best case scenerio for the judges is Raila win, if the duo win again, then the perception will be, rightly or wrongly, that they were partisan.

Uhuru seems to be a meffi dictator who has been hiding for long Emotional outburst shows his real image. Sasa huo ni upuss gani? Must the court agree with you? So Uhuru was telling NASA to seek justice in courts when he was aware that it can't be found there? Truly, we are creating autocratic state where a judge must hold same opinion as the president. I won't make my finger dirt again.

Going down that road will undo alot of the strides Jubilee have made in the last 4 years, they are slowly but surely becoming Raila Odinga-clones, Jubilee guys sound like Nasa guys, that is exactly what kenyans do not want.

They need to shelf this Judiciary agendum, all talk on the ruling should be civil and no threats should be made. They need to go back to the messaging that got them the supermajority in parliament, senate and in gubernatorial ranks, go back to the development agenda which nasa cannot compete against, go back to basics.

Is there a way the CiC and parliament can replace these guys before the re-election?? Winning is not the issue, even Babuon knows he can't beat the duo. The courts are and have been their only card.

Cc @spear and @Nattydread
I think it's much easier to remove a sitting president than these guys. But you should be blaming the aibisi, imagine that vote you cast has been wasted because aibisi refused to follow the law. Now imagine that when they follow the law, RAO will win and you will be forced to accept results. Your vote has already counted for nothing (That's a fact!) and it will count for nothing in the next election. Except if you count voting in the leader of the opposition as something. tupatane kwa debe! UOTP!

What about corruption, in the entire campaign period the president and his thieving deputy never talked about corruption.

People here do not want to talk about corruption. They refer to that usually as a "tired narrative" sasa kura yao ilipotea bure because of corruption na wana machungu mingi sana. Naona wakipasuka once RAO is declared president in Nov.

Tulia na uwe mpole. When was that? And who told you that I didn't condemn it as well? I was angry that elections will be repeated because I hate the mood, but then again, must the courts agree with you because you are the president? I asked a simple question: What was he expecting when he asked Nasa to seek legal redress?
